目的对比分析社区药方医学服务。方法于2015年7月~2015年12月间随机选择本地3个社区中的药房18家,以问卷的方式,调查了18名药师、76名消费者,对比问卷调查结果。结果由3个社区药房药师及消费者调查问卷结果可知,社区药房医学服务水平比较低,服务种类比较单一,且各社区中并不存在明显差异。结论社区药房应通过多方面的措施来提升自身的医学服务水平,满足消费者多元化的消费需求同时,实现药房自身多元化的发展。
Objective To compare and analyze community prescription medical services. Methods From July 2015 to December 2015, 18 pharmacies in three local communities were randomly selected and 18 pharmacists and 76 consumers were surveyed by questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were compared. Results The survey results of three community pharmacists and consumers showed that community pharmacies have a relatively low level of medical services and a single service category, with no obvious difference among communities. Conclusion Community pharmacies should improve their medical service through various measures to meet the diversified consumer demand of consumers and realize the diversified development of pharmacies themselves.
