植物生长在一个复杂的生态环境中,会受到各种病虫草害的侵扰,造成植物减产甚至决收。所以,保护植物就是保护农作物资源,保证农作物增产、农民增收,对于实现农业发展战略和增产指标具有重要的现实意义。目前植物保护存在很多问题,如施药不规范,技术落后,生物农药研究滞后等。针对此,应加强人力、物力、财力投入;引进专业人才,更新设备,增加植保经费;加强病虫害自身的发生规律研究和预测预报工作。
Plant growth in a complex ecological environment, will be affected by a variety of pests and diseases, causing plants to cut down or even yield. Therefore, the protection of plants is to protect crop resources, to ensure that crop yields, farmers income, for the realization of agricultural development strategies and indicators of increased production of important practical significance. At present, there are many problems in plant protection, such as non-standard pesticide application, backward technology and lag in biological pesticide research. In response to this, we should strengthen manpower, material and financial resources; introduce professionals and update equipment to increase the funding for plant protection; and strengthen research on pest and disease occurrence and prediction and forecasting.
