In order to understand the impact of long-term exposure to fluoride on bone metabolism and calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper, serum osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase, calcium, magnesium and copper and zinc in 35 workers in an aluminum plant electrolysis workshop The test, and with the same factory 37 cases of non-exposed fluoride were controlled analysis. The results showed that the serum osteocalcin, calcium and magnesium levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.01). Prompted long-term fluoride exposure may affect bone formation. However, serum alkaline phosphatase and copper, zinc levels were no significant difference (P values were greater than 0.05).
