现代市场经济是一种混合经济体制,政府和市场机制共同对资源进行配置,宏观经济政策对经济运行发挥着十分重要作用。席卷全球的金融危机带来了对美国式自由市场模式的广泛指责,政府要全面界入对危机的干预等各种观点十分流行。认为市场失灵并不是这次金融危机的主要原因,美国政府在危机前的货币政策、税收政策、贸易和财政双赤字政策,恰恰是这次金融危机形成、爆发、蔓延的主要原因。
