雌性或雄性大鼠移植由成年大鼠提供的垂体能促进青春期提前出现,同时血浆泌乳素(PRL)增加,此效应可被溴隐亭阻断。而雌与雄鼠移植由幼年大鼠(21天龄)提供垂体引起早熟的青春期(precocious puberty)既无血中PRL增加亦不被溴隐亭阻断。这种不一致性提示移植垂体引起的青春期早熟可能存在两种机理:一是经移植垂体释放的PRL所致;二是不直接与PRL有关。本文试图澄清雌性大鼠移植幼年大鼠垂体于肾包囊中引起青春期早熟的机理。实验1:Wistar雌性大鼠出生后第21天在乙醚麻醉下移植同窝鼠的垂体于右肾包囊中,假手术
Transplantation of female or male rats with pituitary gland provided by adult rats promotes premature puberty with an increase in plasma prolactin (PRL), which can be blocked by bromocriptine. While transplants of males and females provided pituitary-induced precocious puberty in juvenile rats (21 days old) with neither increased blood PRL nor blocked with bromocriptine. This inconsistency suggests that there may be two mechanisms for puberty-induced puberty in transplant pituitary: one is caused by PRL released by the transplanted pituitary; and the other is not directly related to PRL. This article attempts to elucidate the mechanism of puberty in rat renal parenchyma caused by pituitary in female rats.
