介绍了盱眙电厂复杂环境下大型厂房拆除爆破的设计及施工。采用提高铰支点的位置、每根砼立柱由下往上阶梯微差延时起爆和梯段装药等技术措施,爆破拆除获得圆满成功。所有被保护目标安全无损,倾倒方向、坍塌范围得到了有效控制,特别是减振和防止后坐取得了令人满意的效果。
The design and construction of demolition blasting of large-scale powerhouses in the complex environment of Yuqi Power Plant was introduced. The demolition blasting was successfully completed by adopting technical measures such as increasing the position of the pivot point, each delaying the stepping of the upright pillar from the bottom up, and step loading. All the protected objects are safe and non-destructive. The dumping direction and the collapsed area have been effectively controlled. In particular, vibration reduction and prevention of rear seat have achieved satisfactory results.
