心率变异性(HRV)是指逐次心跳间期之间的微小变异,可作为反映自主神经系统对心血管活动控制的指标。本文分析了20例尿毒症维持血透患者的24小时动态心电图资料,并与36例正常人作对照,对其HRV变化及临床意义进行探讨。
Heart rate variability (HRV) is a small variation between successive heartbeat intervals that can be used as an indicator of cardiovascular control by the autonomic nervous system. In this paper, 20 cases of uremia to maintain hemodialysis patients with 24-hour Holter data and 36 healthy controls as controls, their HRV changes and clinical significance are discussed.
