巨大淋巴结增生症即Castleman病(CD),是一种少见的淋巴组织增生性疾病,临床分为局灶型(LCD)与多中心型(MCD)。LCD预后良好,而MCD是一种涉及全身性感染的疾病,与人类疱疹病毒8(HHV-8)有一定关系,并发症较多,病死率较高。CD因其起病隐匿,临床表现复杂,临床症状和影像学、实验室检查无特征表现,较难早期发现并诊断,容易漏诊、误诊。现将其研究进展综述如下。
Castleman’s disease (CD), a giant lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare lymphoproliferative disease that is clinically divided into focal (LCD) and multicentric (MCD). LCD has a good prognosis, whereas MCD is a systemic infection-related disease that has some association with human herpes virus 8 (HHV-8), more complications and higher mortality. CD because of its insidious onset, the clinical manifestations of complex clinical symptoms and imaging, laboratory tests without characteristic performance, more difficult to early detection and diagnosis, easy to missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis. Now the research progress is summarized as follows.
