针对“十二五”水专项太湖流域上海地区二次供水环节的突出问题,研究了二次供水优化布局与水质安全保障技术并进行工程示范。结果表明,示范工程龙头水水质稳定达标;结合国家需求和上海市的地方需求,通过在线监测、清洗消毒和布局优化等方面的技术研究,有力地支撑了上海市二次供水环节的安全保障和用户端饮用水卫生安全保障工作。
In view of the outstanding problems of secondary water supply in the “Twelfth Five-year” water-specific Taihu Lake Basin in Shanghai, the optimized layout of secondary water supply and the water quality and safety guarantee technology are studied and the projects are demonstrated. The results show that the quality of the leading project water of the demonstration project is stable and up to standard. Based on the national demand and the local demand in Shanghai, the technical support of on-line monitoring, cleaning and disinfection and layout optimization strongly supports the safety and security of the secondary water supply in Shanghai Client drinking water health and safety work.
