当前民营企业面临外部环境急剧变化、民营企业家“现实人”角色转变的困境、传统文化对员工个人行为的影响、员工行为模式缺乏群体行为基础等挑战,为此,需要对民营企业制度文化进行系统规划,建立以市场为导向,以专业化、职业化经营管理人才队伍建设为重点的精干高效的领导体制。同时适应市场需求积极推进企业组织系统变革,要以管理机制创新为手段,实行“坚柔并施”的企业管理方式,实现民营企业家的职业化,建立员工教育与培训制度,建立有效引导群体行为的机制。
