本文通过热色液晶测温法对发动机实际结构中典型的“S”型榫头榫槽装配间隙的换热特性进行了试验研究。“S”型通道试验件为发动机间隙实际尺寸放大九倍后加工而成,试验测定了“S”型通道壁面上换热系数分布,换热系数与雷诺数的关系,并将所得换热特性与普通圆管通道的换热经验关系式进行了对比,进一步分析该种通道结构的换热机理。
In this paper, the heat transfer characteristics of a typical “S” tenon tongue and groove assembly clearance in the actual engine structure were experimentally studied by thermochromatic liquid crystal thermometry. “S ” type channel test piece is machined to enlarge the actual size of the engine gap by nine times. The relationship between the heat transfer coefficient and the Reynolds number on the “S” The obtained heat transfer characteristics are compared with the empirical relation of the heat transfer of the pipe passage, and the heat transfer mechanism of this kind of passage structure is further analyzed.
