作为事业单位最重要的工作之一——思想政治工作,对事业单位的生存与发展至关重要,因此,思想政治工作方式方法的思考也得到了人们越来越多的关注。而且伴随着事业单位的全方位改革,人们对事业单位的要求也越来越高。因此,近几年,事业单位面临着各种各样的挑战。与此同时,它们也面临各种各样的机遇。在此背景下,事业单位创新思想政治工作方式方法是其为了能够尽快适应新挑战所做出的一种方案。而且,思想政治工作对事业单位有着非常重要的作用,对事业单位思想政治工作方式进行创新是适应时代的要求,也能够极大地提高事业单位思想政治工作的效率。
As one of the most important work in public institutions, ideological and political work is very important to the survival and development of public institutions. Therefore, people think more and more attention has been paid to the thinking of ways and means of ideological and political work. And with the institutional reform, people’s demand for public institutions is also getting higher and higher. Therefore, in recent years, institutions are faced with a variety of challenges. Moreover, ideological and political work plays a very important role in public institutions.
