埃及投资法律体系的发展与完善经历了一个长期过程。埃及于1997年颁布了新的《投资保障与鼓励法》,2000年第162号令、2004年第13号令和2005年第94号令对该法进行了修订。该法和公司法一起构成了埃及投资法律体系的主体。埃及投资法以鼓励和吸引投资为主要目标,与国家的有关经济计划紧密结合,重视从整体上改善埃及的投资环境,对埃及引进外资、发展私营经济、进行经济结构调整起到了重要作用。
The development and improvement of the Egyptian investment law system has undergone a long-term process. Egypt introduced the new Investment Security and Encouragement Act in 1997, Law No. 162 of 2000, Decree No. 13 of 2004 and Decree No. 94 of 2005 amending it. This law and company law together form the main body of the investment legal system in Egypt. The Egyptian Investment Law, with its main objective of encouraging and attracting investment, is closely integrated with the relevant economic plans of the country, emphasizing the improvement of the investment environment in Egypt as a whole and playing an important role in the introduction of foreign investment in Egypt, the development of the private economy and the readjustment of economic structure.
