依据管理学中“需要”的定义，展开了医院中工程人员亟等解决的几声、需要问题，即：一、尊重的需要；二、工作条件及安全的需要；三、知识更新的需要；四、完善岗位责任制的需要。有重声、地说明了工程人员在医院中的地位、现状，强调了只有不断地解决工程人员的需要问题，才能更好地发挥工程人员在医院建设中的作用。
Based on the definition of “needs” in management, several questions and needs were addressed by the engineers in the hospital, namely: First, the need for respect; second, the working conditions and safety requirements; and third, the need for knowledge updating; Fourth, improve the job responsibility system needs. There was a heavy emphasis on the status and current status of engineering personnel in hospitals, emphasizing that only by continuously solving the needs of the engineering personnel can the engineering personnel play a more important role in hospital construction.
