国际邮政汇兑资费,主要指汇款人汇款时按汇出款额向收汇邮局按规定比例交付的资费,我国通称为汇费。另外还有国际邮政汇兑特殊业务处理费及兑付汇款手续费(报酬)等。国际邮政汇兑资费标准,由发汇国邮政按照万国邮联的觇定原则自行确定。邮联规定一张普通汇票的汇费最高额不超过22.86DTS(特别提款权)。一张存款汇票收取的汇费应低于一张相同款额普通汇票的
International postal exchange rates, mainly refers to the sender remittance according to the amount of remittances sent to the post office in accordance with the provisions of the proportion of tariffs, our common known as remittance. The international postal exchange rates are determined by the sending country’s postal code in accordance with the Universal Postal Union’s principle. The maximum amount of remittances required by the Union for a common draft order shall not exceed 22.86DTS (SDR). The remittance charged by a deposit draft shall be less than one ordinary draft of the same amount
