目的:探究传染性疾病护理人员职业压力与心理调适。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月中山市第二人民医院138名护士作为研究对象,按照护龄展开分组,A组(n=60)护龄少于5年,B组(n=78)护龄超过5年,观察两组护士职业压力源,并且提出针对性的心理调适对策。结果:两组护理人员在护理专业及工作方面、工作量以及时间分配、管理护理方面、人际关系方面的管理、工作环境及资源方面等方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的压力应对方式比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员压力源包括工作量、人机管理等方面因素,应当进行积极调适。
Objective: To explore occupational stress and psychological adjustment of infectious disease nurses. METHODS: A total of 138 nurses from Zhongshan Second People’s Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Patients in group A (n = 60) underwent nursing for less than 5 years and group B (n = 78) Nursing over five years, observed two groups of occupational stressors, and put forward targeted psychological adjustment measures. Results: There were significant differences in nursing profession and work, work load and time allocation, management nursing, interpersonal relationship management, working environment and resources between two groups of nursing staffs (P <0.05). The two groups of stress coping styles, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses stressors including workload, man-machine management and other factors, should be actively adjusted.
