本文对１５６例儿童精神患者随访发现：父母文化程度、家长对患儿的教养情况对儿童精神康复有明显影响（Ｐ＜０．０１），有７２例在家庭康复措施的治疗中，病情不断好转直到痊愈，并对家庭康复的内容及治疗机制作了初步探讨。
