近二十年来,全世界已作输精管结扎术4000余万例。为有效地控制人口起了不容低估的作用,是公认安全、有效的男性节育方法。本文就目前国内外非手术性与可复性输精管节育术的研究作一简介。一、输精管注射粘堵节育法经阴囊皮肤直接穿刺输精管注入输精管粘堵剂(75％α-氰基丙稀酸正丁酯与25％石炭酸),阻塞管腔达到节育,此法为重庆李顺强(1971)研究成功。全国推广应用50余万例,效果达95～98％。骆毅等(1980)在此基础上对器械和粘堵剂的分装进行了改进,已施行五万余例,随访3588例,有效率98.55％。但是,此粘堵剂含石炭酸,对局部组织刺激较大,近期反应明显。周宪文等(1976)研
