以草酸和醋酸盐为原料,用室温固相化学反应首先合成出前驱配合物二水合草酸镍和二水合草酸锌,进而二水合草酸镍和二水合草酸锌分别在380℃和460℃热分解2h,得到产物纳米氧化镍和氧化锌。用X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征。结果表明,产物纳米氧化镍为球形立方晶系结构,平均粒径均为40nm左右,产物氧化锌为粒度分布均匀的球形六角晶系结构,平均粒径约为20nm。
First, oxalic acid and acetate were used as raw materials to synthesize the precursor complexes of nickel oxalate dihydrate and zinc oxalate dihydrate at room temperature by solid-phase chemical reaction, and then zinc oxalate dihydrate and zinc oxalate dihydrate were thermally decomposed at 380 ℃ and 460 ℃ respectively 2h, the product of nano-nickel oxide and zinc oxide. The composition, size and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the product of nano-nickel oxide spherical cubic structure, the average particle size of about 40nm, the product of zinc oxide spherical particle size distribution of uniform hexagonal structure, the average particle size of about 20nm.
