目的和方法:观察碱化和非碱化利多卡因用于臂丛神经阻滞的临床效果以及两组药代动力学参数的变化。结果:(1)碱化组痛觉消失和运动阻滞的时间较非碱化组短(P<0.05)。(2)碱化组痛觉及运动恢复的时间较非碱化组长(P<0.05)。(3)两组药代动力学参数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:碱化利多卡因可安全地用于臂丛神经阻滞
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The clinical effects of basified and non-basified lidocaine for brachial plexus block and the changes of pharmacokinetic parameters in both groups were observed. Results: (1) Alkali group had shorter pain disappearance and motor block than non-alkali group (P <0.05). (2) Compared with non-alkalized group, the time of pain relief and motor recovery in alkalosis group were longer (P <0.05). (3) There was no significant difference between the two groups in pharmacokinetic parameters (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Lidocaine alkaloids can be safely used in brachial plexus block
