各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、国家税务局,新疆生产建设兵团财务局:经国务院批准,棉纱、棉布的出口退税率由15%提高到17%。现将有关事项通知如下:一、调整出口退税率的棉纱、棉布及其制品的范围包括目前海关税则第6类30章、第11类52章、58章、60章至63章中的棉纱、棉布及其制品。
Finance Bureau (bureau) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning, the State Administration of Taxation and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: With the approval of the State Council, the export tax rebate rate for cotton yarn and cotton cloth is raised from 15% to 17%. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. The scope of the cotton yarn, cotton cloth and its products for adjusting the export tax rebate rate includes the current scope of the Customs Tariff No. 6, Chapter 30, Chapter 11, Chapter 52, Chapter 58, Chapter 60 to Chapter 63, Cotton cloth and its products.
