《画刊》:之前看你的作品,都是网上见的图,觉得画面色彩有些俗气。今天在你工作室看到原作,我发现差别挺大。这再一次证明,通过复制的二手图像来判断一个画家的能力,经常不靠谱。印刷品和现在电子屏幕给的信息,都有“失真”。但通常来说,好画在转换的过程中都是“减分”。我看维米尔、提香、安格尔的印刷品,当然觉得好。但真在美术馆见到原作,才发现那些真正的好以前压根没看见过。相反,一些之前看图觉得不错的画家,看原作反倒是差强人意。刘溢:油画我们简单地分这么两类:一个是多层
