患者男性,37岁,自诉右侧后牙因冷、热、酸、甜刺激痛,在当地作充填治疗。第二天冷热酸甜刺激痛未缓解,同时在右侧颌下颈部出现痒痛的红色小疹子,服用抗过敏药物,症状稍有减轻。一周后出现周身不适,头痛,恶心呕吐,四肢无力。自觉右侧腭部麻木,唾液粘而多,呼气有异味。服消炎止痛药症状未减反而加重,于当月28日来我院诊治。检查:颌下可见红色丘疹,牙齿无缺失,(?)两邻面有粗糙的汞合金充填体,(?)腭侧粘膜组织有约2cm×1cm大的溃疡面,(?)颊龈组织有0.5cm×0.
