在煤炭企业发展的过程中,企业物资的采购直接影响着企业的发展建设,对于企业的日常生产与管理有着极大的影响,因此一定要重视煤炭企业的物资采购管理,通过科学的管理方法来对于物资采购进行管理,从而确保物资采购工作的顺利进行。本文首先分析介绍了物资采购管理对煤炭企业的意义,然后详细的分析探讨了我国煤炭企业物资采购管理中存在的问题及相应的应对措施,以期促进我国煤炭企业物资采购水平的进一步提升。
