建立以校为本的教研制度,既是新课程实践的需要,也是新课程顺利开展的制度保证。因此,我们围绕课程改革的中心,针对学校实际,采取多种措施,探索校本教研的有效形式、途径、策略及方法。在探索中,总结出了行之有效的“四小”策略,即选择小课题、运用小组形式、开展小型活动、撰写短小论文,校本教研取得了显著的效果。一年来,全校教师根据教育教学实际确定32个小课题,分16个研究小组,开展各种小型研讨活动150多次,上各种研讨课、实验课300多节次,写出课题小论文300多篇。有效地提高了
