目的讨论多层螺旋CT在跟骨骨折病变中的临床应用价值。方法收集40例跟骨骨折患者,应用东芝Asteion4多层螺旋CT扫描仪行薄层扫描并行三维和多平面重建进行观察。结果螺旋CT的三维和多平面重建可以更全面、立体地观察骨折全貌及伴随病变的特征,弥补了X线平片和轴位CT扫描的不足,给临床治疗方案的制定提供了可靠的依据。结论多层螺旋CT重建技术在跟骨骨折的诊断和手术方案制定中有很高的临床应用价值,可以提高跟骨骨折病变诊断的准确率和手术方案的设计提供准确的空间立体定位依据。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the lesions of calcaneus. Methods Forty patients with calcaneal fractures were collected and scanned with three-dimensional and multiplanar reconstruction using thin-layer scanning with Toshiba Asteion 4 multi-slice spiral CT scanner. Results The three-dimensional and multiplanar reconstruction of spiral CT can comprehensively and stereoscopically observe the characteristics of the whole fracture and the accompanying lesions and make up for the lack of X-ray and axial CT scans, which provides a reliable basis for the development of clinical treatment plans. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction has high clinical value in the diagnosis and surgical plan of calcaneal fractures. It can provide accurate spatial stereotactic basis for improving the accuracy of diagnosis of the fracture of calcaneus and the design of surgical plans.
