目的 认识胃肠道间质瘤的临床特点以及诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾分析我院近期收治的 4例胃肠道间质瘤的资料。结果 3例为缺乏分化特征型 ,1例为向平滑肌和神经双向分化型。 4例均手术切除 ,其中2例进行术后化疗。结论 免疫组化检查可病理确诊 ,手术切除为主要治疗方法
Objective To understand the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 4 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors in our hospital recently admitted. Results 3 cases were characterized by lack of differentiation and 1 case was bifurcated with smooth muscle and nerve. Four cases were surgically removed, of which two cases were treated with chemotherapy. Conclusion Immunohistochemical examination can be pathologically confirmed, surgical resection as the main treatment
