损伤后的周围神经再生速度慢而效应器和感受器萎缩快,因此其再生与修复成为再生医学领域研究的焦点。近年来,人们对组织工程化神经在修复神经损伤领域进行了广泛的研究,而且选择应用修复过程中对轴突生长起最关键作用的种子细胞也成为研究的重点。因此本文着重论述了七类种子细胞——神经干细胞、脂肪间充质干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、肌源性干细胞、诱导多能干细胞、牙髓干细胞及羊水间充质干细胞在修复周围神经损伤中的应用进展,为提高神经再生的速度和质量提供新的思路。
