目的探讨超声心动图对房间隔缺损术后右心功能的评估价值。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月青海省交通医院收治的房间隔缺损患者64例,均行房间隔缺损介入封堵术。分别于术前及术后1 d、3个月、6个月、12个月行超声心动图检查,观察肺动脉内径、主动脉内径及右心功能指标。结果患者术后1 d、3个月、6个月及12个月肺动脉内径、主动脉内径均短于术前(P<0.05)。患者术后1 d、3个月、6个月及12个月右房室瓣口血流速度、肺动脉瓣血流速度均低于术前,右心房内径、右心室上下径、右心室前后径均短于术前(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图对房间隔缺损介入封堵术后右心功能的评估效果良好。
Objective To investigate the echocardiographic evaluation of right ventricular function after atrial septal defect. Methods 64 patients with atrial septal defects treated in Qinghai Provincial Transportation Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent atrial septal defect occlusion. Echocardiography was performed at preoperative, postoperative 1, 3, 6 and 12 months respectively to observe the indexes of pulmonary artery diameter, aortic diameter and right heart function. Results The diameter of pulmonary artery and the diameter of aorta at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after operation were shorter than those before operation (P <0.05). At 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after operation, the velocity of right atrioventricular valve and pulmonary valve blood flow were lower than those of preoperative, right atrium, right and left ventricle, and anteroposterior diameter of right ventricle All were shorter than preoperative (P <0.05). Conclusion Echocardiography is effective in assessing right heart function after atrial septal defect occlusion.
