研究了一种微弯强度调制光纤高压传感器,利用Reissner 厚板理论建立了传感器的力学模型并介绍了同性干扰的补偿机理,传感器的测量范围为0 ~300 MPa,非线性度为1.5% FS 。
A kind of microbend intensity modulation fiber high voltage sensor was researched. The mechanical model of the sensor was established by Reissner slab theory and the compensation mechanism of same-type interference was introduced. The measuring range of the sensor was 0-300 MPa and the nonlinearity was 1.5% FS.
