在国家开发银行总行机关开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动中,通过各种无记名方式收集到对行、局级领导班子及成员的意见和建议4251条。从数千条意见和建议中以及与开行员工的深入交谈中,我们感受到,开行具有浓厚的政治氛围,党建和思想政治工作扎实有效。他们坚持“抓好党建,办好银行”的指导思想,走出一条适合银行系统特点,能够发挥党的政治优势、做好党建工作的新路子,达到了物质文明和精神文明的双促进、双丰收。
