近来重读《金匮》原著及其部分注释,很受启发。现将个人学习《水气病篇的》学习札记,录之于后,以就正于同道。《水气病脉证并治篇》25条:“水之为病,其脉沉小,属少阴;浮者为风。无水,虚胀者为气。水,发其汗即巳,脉沉者,宜麻黄附子汤;浮者宜杏子汤”。本条注家多随文演释,大同小异。如张路玉云:“此论少阴正水之病”;尤在经云:“水气病脉沉小者属少阴,言肾水也”,又云:“正水,肾脏之水自盛也”,可知所言“肾水”即正水,与张氏之说无二义。陈修园云:“此为石水证而出其方也”。按石水,《内经》云:“肾肝脉并沉,为石水”、“阴阳结斜,多阴少阳,曰石水”,
The recent rereading of the original and part of the commentary on “Jin Yong” was very inspiring. Individuals will now study the reading notes of the book “Water-in-Air Diseases” and record it later, so that they are just doing the same thing. “Water vapor syndrome and syndrome treatment” article 25: “Water is a disease, its pulse is small, is a little yin; the floater is the wind. Water, its sweat is greedy, Pulse Shen who should Yima Huang Fuzi soup; floaters should be apricot soup.” This article notes that many of the commentators are accompanying the text and are very similar. Such as Zhang Lu Yuyun: “This is a disease of Shaoyin Zhengshui”; especially in the Jingyun: “The water vapor sickness pulse is small Yin Xiaoyin, say kidney water is also”, and the cloud: “positive water, the water of the kidney self-Sheng Also, we can see that what we call “renal water” is Zhengshui, and there is no righteousness to Zhang’s statement. Chen Hsiu Yuanyun: ”This is a stone water permit and it is also the best." According to the stone water, the “Neijing” cloud: “The kidneys and liver veins are heavy and sinking for the stone water”, “The yin and yang knots are skewed, and the yin and yang are less, and the stone is water”,
