1992年1月10日至12日,河北省渔政处在秦皇岛市召开了沿海地(市)、县渔政科、股长研讨会。参加研讨会的人员共有35人主管副处长马金波主持了研讨会,处长王豪泉对1991年全省海洋渔政监督管理工作进行了总结发言,处党总支书记古太安对连续召开两个海洋渔政研讨会,给予了很高评价,并在研讨会上对渔政执法人如何提高政治和业务素质,以及加强廉政建设等方面讲了话。这次研讨会的中心议题是“如何搞好我省地方渔业资源品种的繁殖保护”,与会人员对这一中心研讨题,作了积极而认真的发言。
From January 10 to January 12, 1992, the Fishery Administration Office of Hebei Province held a seminar on coastal areas (cities) and fisheries and politics and chiefs of chiefs in Qinhuangdao.
