三维几何造型是CAD 技术中最引人入胜的部份,将它应用于液压设计,则将引起对传统设计绘图流程和工作方式的根本变革。本篇概要介绍三维造型的基本形式及其在液压设计中的应用前景,并以液压集成块的设计校验为例,进行具体说明。三维物体的几何造型包括液压元件在内的机械零部件都是三维的物体。长期以来,工程师们无不采用工程图学的方法来描述和传递物体的几何信息。这种方法的基本原理就是将三维物体的几何棱线投影在二维的图面上。初期的CAD 技术,也沿用与此完全相同的途径,这就是我们在上一讲所介绍的二维自动设计绘图。
Three-dimensional geometric modeling is the most attractive part of CAD technology, its application to hydraulic design, it will cause the fundamental changes to the traditional design drawing process and working methods. This article gives an overview of the basic form of 3D modeling and its application prospects in hydraulic design. The design verification of hydraulic manifolds is taken as an example to illustrate. Geometric Modeling of 3D Objects Mechanical components, including hydraulic components, are three-dimensional objects. Engineers have long used engineering graphics to describe and convey the geometry of objects. The basic principle of this method is to project the geometrical ridge of the three-dimensional object on the two-dimensional surface. The initial CAD technology, but also follow this exactly the same way, which is what we introduced in the previous two-dimensional automatic design drawings.
