思想道德建设是提高公民道德和全民族素质的基础性工程,构建社会主义和谐社会,离不开社会主义思想道德建设的支撑。创建和谐企业是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,有利于促进整个社会的和谐创建。同样,创建和谐企业,必须提高企业思想道德建设能力,切实加强职工思想道德建设。
Ideological and moral construction is a basic project to enhance civic morality and the quality of the entire nation. Building a socialist harmonious society can not be separated from the support of socialist ideological and moral construction. Establishing a harmonious enterprise is an important part of building a harmonious society and conducive to promoting the harmonious establishment of the entire society.
