Wang Haichen, male, born in July 1964. He currently serves as Chairman of Hebei Ruixiang Materials Co., Ltd. He is a member of the 9th CPPCC of Handan City, a member of the Handan City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, vice chairman of the Damin County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a member of the “Democracy and Legal System” organization. Hebei Ruixiang Material Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Daming County Bureau of Materials Materials Company). Founded in January 1992, it is a private joint-stock enterprise. The company’s main business is Tianjin Ironworks, rebars, wire rods, round bars and all kinds of corners and other building materials produced by Xinxing Casting Pipes and Handan Iron and Steel.
