近几年,我国突发性食品安全事件频发,食品安全问题每每牵动民众的心。本文从突发性食品安全事件的现状和原因入手,分析事件频发背后的制度缺陷,提出完善食品安全法律制度的相关建议。突发性食品安全事件《食品安全法》就食品安全事故做了明确的定义,即“食品安全事故”是指:“指食物中毒、食源性疾病、食品污染等源于食品,对人体健康有危害或者可能有危害的事故”。而关于突发性食品安全事件却未有明确定
