目的 :探讨 6Gy全身一次 60Coγ线照射对大鼠小肠吸收酪氨酸的影响。方法 :用在体实验方法研究 6Gy全身一次60 Coγ线照射后第 1、3、5、7天大鼠小肠对酪氨酸的吸收率的变化 ,并进行相应的小肠上皮细胞计数。结果 :6Gy全身一次60 Coγ线照射后第 3天出现小肠对酪氨酸的吸收率下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,第 5天已恢复正常水平。小肠上皮细胞计数在照射后第 1天即出现明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,第 3天达最低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,第 5天即恢复正常水平。结论 :6Gy全身一次 60 Coγ线照射后大鼠小肠对酪氨酸吸收率的变化与小肠上皮的损伤和修复有关
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of 6 Gy whole body radiation on tyrosine absorption in small intestine of rats. Methods: The changes of tyrosine absorption rate of small intestine on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th day after 6 Gy whole body irradiation with 60 Gy were studied in vivo and the corresponding intestinal epithelial cells were counted. Results: The absorption of tyrosine in the small intestine was decreased on the 3rd day after 6 Gy whole body irradiation (P <0.05), and returned to its normal level on the 5th day. The intestinal epithelial cell count decreased significantly on the first day after irradiation (P <0.05), reached the lowest on the third day (P <0.05), and returned to its normal level on the fifth day. CONCLUSION: The changes of tyrosine absorption rate in the small intestine after 6 Gy whole body irradiation with a 60 Co γ line are related to the injury and repair of small intestine epithelium
