通过分析中职商贸专业学生实施现代学徒制面临的问题,分析中等职业学校商贸专业实施现代学徒制主要模式,从机制、课程设置、师资培养等方面提出建议,以期能建立具有专业特色的现代学徒制的中职商贸专业人才培养模式。
By analyzing the problems faced by commercial students majoring in commerce in modern apprenticeship, this paper analyzes the major modes of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward some suggestions on mechanism, curriculum and teacher training so as to establish a modern apprenticeship with professional characteristics System of secondary vocational and commercial training model.
