目的采用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)检测中药材金银花中微量重金属镉的含量。方法考察灰化/原子化温度等因素对测定的影响,建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定金银花中微量镉的方法。结果发现金银花中均检出镉(Cd),其中有3批超出中国药典2010版一部所规定的限度。结论方法简便快速,重复性好,灵敏度、准确度高。
Objective To detect the content of trace heavy metal cadmium in Chinese honeysuckle by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Methods The effects of the factors such as the temperature of ashing and atomization on the determination were investigated. The method for the determination of trace cadmium in honeysuckle by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established. The results showed that honeysuckle were detected in the cadmium (Cd), of which three batches exceed the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 version of a prescribed limit. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reproducible, sensitive and accurate.
