本文通过实验研究了导纳电桥测试声电器件导纳的可用性以及用导纳测量法研究声电器件的可能性,即通过器件开路、短路导纳的测量来测定器件本身的固有特性(特性参数)和工作特性(工作参数)的可能性.测试了滤波器的输入导纳及其随频率的变化,用图、表给出了用导纳间接测量和直接实际测量的数据比较,并对测量作了一些误差分析.
In this paper, the feasibility of admittance of acoustoelectric devices using admittance bridge and the possibility of using acousto-admittance measurement to study the acoustoelectric devices are experimentally studied. The inherent characteristics of the devices are measured by open-circuit and short-circuit admittance measurements Parameters) and operating characteristics (operating parameters).
