利用铝热法对含钛高炉渣进行还原,还原后的产物为钛硅铝合金和高铝渣,可实现有价元素钛的初步富集。试验结果表明,铝热法还原含钛高炉渣在技术上是可行的,短时间即可实现渣中钛的有效分离。影响冶炼效果的主要因素包括:反应温度、反应时间、还原剂的合理配比、助熔剂CaO的添加量。采取的反应温度为1 600℃,w渣∶wAl=100∶25.98的反应条件下,10 min即可反应完全;同时,添加一定量的CaO有助于实现渣金分离。
Titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is reduced by aluminothermic method. The products after reduction are titano-silicon-aluminum alloy and high-aluminum slag, which can realize the preliminary enrichment of valuable elemental titanium. The experimental results show that it is technically feasible to reduce the titanium-containing blast furnace slag by aluminothermic method, and the titanium in the slag can be effectively separated in a short time. The main factors affecting the smelting effect include: reaction temperature, reaction time, a reasonable ratio of reducing agent, flux CaO addition. The reaction temperature is 1 600 ℃, w slag: wAl = 100: 25.98 under the reaction conditions, 10 min to complete reaction; the same time, adding a certain amount of CaO help to achieve slag gold separation.
