沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

目的观察沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选取我院2010年8月—2011年7月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者112例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各56例,其中对照组患者给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用沙丁胺醇气雾剂。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.4%,明显高于对照组的83.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间和症状消失时间分别为(4.10±1.02)d和(7.11±1.56)d,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗CVA疗效显著,不良反应少,可降低复发率,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma and to explore its clinical value. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with cough variant asthma admitted from August 2010 to July 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation, Patients in the observation group were given albuterol aerosol on this basis. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96.4%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (83.9%, P <0.05). The symptom relief time and symptom disappearance time in observation group were (4.10 ± 1.02) d and 7.11 ± 1.56) d, which was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Salbutamol combined with budesonide treatment of CVA significant effect, less adverse reactions, can reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical promotion.
