在深化改革的今天,在与新课改结伴而行的日子里,作为小学数学老师要不断反思、审视新课改课堂的现状,总结经验教训,采取相应措施,让小学数学教学真正实现新课改的目标。虽然现阶段小学数学教学改革取得了一定的可喜成果,但也存在着一些问题,这些问题严重影响着素质教育的实施。首先对现阶段出现的问题进行剖析,并有针对性地提出相应对策和措施。
