目的观察妇幼保健综合管理系统在我市妇幼保健工作中的应用效果。方法将0~7岁儿童保健、孕产妇保健以及出生医学证明的管理纳入妇幼保健综合管理系统,通过对辖区儿童及孕产妇、出生医学证明发放等信息的采集、处理、共享,提高妇幼保健工作效率,加强绩效考核。结果医疗机构采集信息后,自动生成相关数据及统计报表,实现了0~7岁儿童、孕产妇的电子化健康管理及出生医学证明的科学管理,满足卫生行政管理部门绩效考核的需求。结论妇幼保健综合管理系统的应用,提高了0~7岁儿童和孕产妇系统管理效率,拓展了儿童和孕产妇的服务范围,提升了出生医学证明管理水平。
Objective To observe the application effect of maternal and child health comprehensive management system in maternal and child health care work in our city. Methods The management of 0- to 7-year-old children’s health care, maternal health care and birth medical certificate was integrated into the integrated maternal and child health management system. Through the collection, processing and sharing of information on the area’s children and pregnant women and birth medical certificates, Efficiency, strengthen performance appraisal. Results After collecting the information, medical institutions automatically generated relevant data and statistical reports to realize the scientific management of electronic health management and birth medical proof for children aged 0-7 years and meet the needs of the performance evaluation of health administrative departments. Conclusion The application of integrated maternal and child health management system has improved the system management efficiency of children aged 0-7 years and pregnant women, expanded the service scope of children and maternity, and improved the management of birth medicine.
