医改问题始终牵动着百姓关注的目光。9月底,国家发展和改革委员会在其网站上开辟“我为医药卫生体制改革建言献策”专栏,面向全社会征求医改意见和建议。国家发改委表示,此举直接关系人民群众切身利益,应广泛听取社会各界对解决群众“看病难、看病贵”问题的真知灼见。真诚欢迎社会各界提出意见、建议。同时,国家发改委将对所提意见和建议及时进行汇总整理,供有关部门在研究深化医药卫生体制改革中参考。截至10月18日,已有812人提出了自己的观点。在浏览“医改建言献策专栏”时,可以看到很多理性的分析和感性的陈述,这些观点和看法少有高深的理论概念,但这些意见和建议的特点是贴近百姓实际,很有针对性。其中绝大多数意见认为,我国的医改新方案应该更多关注基层,让全体老百姓受益。
