中学教育是教育的一个关键时期,因为这个阶段,学生们的思想渐渐成熟,价值观和世界观也开始建立,所以在这个阶段,需要对学生做好思想引导和行为指导。随着网络的普及,中学生接触网络的机会越来越多,而网络中充斥的暴力、色情等讯息给青少年的成长带来的不利的影响,有的学生模仿网络内容,参与打架斗殴,致使校园暴力愈演愈烈。为了进一步的强化对中学生思想的教育,并对其进行行为的规范,在思想品德课程中渗透法制教育,从而提高学生法制观念意义重大。本文就初中思想品德课程中中法制教育的渗透进行分析,旨在探讨渗透措施,强化法制教育渗透效果。
Secondary education is a crucial period of education. Because at this stage, students’ thinking is gradually maturing and values and worldview are beginning to be established. Therefore, at this stage, students need to be mentally and mentally guided. With the popularization of the Internet, there are more and more opportunities for middle school students to access the Internet. The violence, pornography and other information in the Internet have adversely affected the growth of young people. Some students mimic the Internet content and fights to make the campus Violence intensified. In order to further strengthen the education of middle school students’ thoughts and standardize their behaviors, it is of great significance to improve the legal system concept by infiltrating the legal education in the course of ideological and moral education. This article analyzes junior high school ideological and moral education curriculum infiltration in legal system, aimed at exploring the infiltration measures to strengthen the effect of legal education infiltration.
