为掌握冬小麦在轻度干旱胁迫条件下的胚芽鞘长度变化规律,验证其作为冬小麦早期抗旱鉴选指标的可行性,以72份冬小麦品种(系)为试验材料,采用10%PEG-6000模拟田间干旱胁迫,对不同材料的胚芽鞘长度进行调查,运用聚类分析方法按遗传距离对所有材料分类,结合单粒重指标分析72份冬小麦材料差异表现的原因。结果表明,按欧式遗传距离的远近可将72份冬小麦材料分为5大类8小类,类群Ⅲ平均胚芽鞘长度比对照晋麦47长47.83%,单粒重指标和胚芽鞘长度指标间存在显著正相关。该结果为冬小麦抗旱育种的亲本选配及引种评价提供依据。
In order to investigate the variation of coleoptile length in winter wheat under mild drought stress and verify its feasibility as a marker for early drought resistance in winter wheat, 72 winter wheat cultivars (lines) were used as experimental materials and 10% PEG-6000 Under drought stress, the coleoptile lengths of different materials were investigated. Cluster analysis was used to classify all the materials according to their genetic distance. The reasons for the differences in 72 wheat materials were analyzed by single grain weight index. The results showed that 72 Chinese winter wheat cultivars could be divided into 5 groups and 8 subclasses according to the distance of European genetic distance. The average coleoptile length of group Ⅲ was 47.83% longer than that of Jinmai 47, and the single grain weight index and coleoptile length index existed Significantly positive correlation. The results provide the basis for parental selection and breeding evaluation of winter wheat drought-resistant breeding.
