建立了水系模拟物中11种工业用抗氧化剂的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。水系模拟物经ProElut PLS固相萃取柱浓缩富集,采用ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18超高效液相色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)分离,水和乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾离子源电离,负离子多反应监测模式下进行监测,外标法定量。11种化合物在5.0~100μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r>0.995,方法检出限为0.2~1.0μg/L,定量限为0.5~3.0μg/L。5.0、10.0和20.0μg/L添加水平下的加标回收率为61.4%~109.4%,RSD为3.9%~18.2%(n=6)。该方法操作简单、稳定、可靠,可以满足水系模拟物中11种抗氧化剂的定性确证和定量检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of 11 industrial antioxidants in aqueous simulants. The aqueous simulants were concentrated by ProElut PLS SPE cartridge and separated on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) using gradient elution with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. Electrospray Ion source ionization, negative ion multi-reaction monitoring mode monitoring, external standard method. There was a good linear relationship between 11 compounds in the range of 5.0 ~ 100μg / L with the correlation coefficient r> 0.995. The detection limit was 0.2 ~ 1.0μg / L and the limit of quantification was 0.5 ~ 3.0μg / L. The spiked recoveries were 5.0%, 5.0% and 20.0μg / L, respectively. The recoveries were 61.4% -109.4% with RSD of 3.9% -18.2% (n = 6). The method is simple, stable and reliable, and can meet the qualitative confirmation and quantitative detection of eleven antioxidants in aqueous simulants.
