高职教育是促进劳动力就业市场的关键环节,其为地方经济的发展提供有利保障。本文从高职教育与劳动力市场的关系出发,以广州地区几年来高职教育的发展为实证,对两者之间的关系进行了研究。高职教育促进了劳动力市场的分工和生产力的发展。同时,劳动力市场也反作用于高职教育,使高职教育的服务功能不断完善。二者互相促进,互为影响,为社会发展和经济建设提供贡献着巨大的力量。
Higher vocational education is the key link to promote the employment market of the labor force, which provides a favorable guarantee for the development of the local economy. This paper, starting from the relationship between higher vocational education and labor market, takes the development of higher vocational education in Guangzhou as an example and studies the relationship between the two. Higher vocational education has promoted the division of labor market and the development of productive forces. At the same time, the labor market is also counterproductive in higher vocational education, so that the service functions of higher vocational education continue to improve. The two are mutually reinforcing and influencing each other and exert tremendous force in contributing to social development and economic construction.
